 | Tibotec Pharmaceuticals and Pepscan have established a research collaboration to develop novel therapeutic peptides against an undisclosed target. Under the terms of the research and license agreement, Pepscan will receive R&D funding and is entitled to receive payments on the achievement of research and clinical milestones, as well as royalties on sales of products resulting from the collaboration. |

Under the terms of the agreement Mercator will pay Pepscan research funding, milestones, and royalties in connection with the development and commercialization of resulting products. |
