T-cell activating peptide libraries
T-cell activity screening and neoantigen identification
Pepscan’s peptide libraries are a powerful tool for T-cell activity screening and neoantigen identification. Pepscan offers T-cell activating peptide library arrays in many sizes and formats. Peptide lengths usually range from 5 to 30 amino acids, desired for most T-cell screening applications.
Peptide synthesis
T-cell activating peptide libraries are typically manufactured using Pepscan’s state-of-the-art peptide synthesis platform at 2 μmol scale, typically yielding 1-4 mg of the lyophilized peptide powder. This is sufficient for fast and efficient T-cell activity screening.
Pepscan’s high-quality T-Cell activating peptide libraries are delivered with low residual solvent contents (typically < 400 ppm for ACN/DMF/DCM, etc.) making them compatible with most screening assays.
